Hi, I’m Jeff, founder of JRF Solutions LLC. As a CFO Advisor and Bookkeeper I have a passion for helping small business, primarily in the Home Improvement industry, have confidence and understanding in their numbers.

With over 10 years in the Home Improvement industry, I specialize in Bookkeeping, Budget Creation & Management, Tracking KPI’s and Process Creation & Management. My approach in working with Small Businesses is to focus on 3 key factors.

• First, accurate and up to date numbers to produce clean and detailed financial reports and trends. Then breaking them down in a manner you can understand and be confident in.

• Second, Creating a mindset to turn your small business into an asset rather than just a job where you get to be your own boss.

• Third, helping to create a synergy between between financial business literacy, processes and targets to help you get the most out of your small business.

This has given me the privilege of working side by side with some of the best people out there in the trades, people I refer to as the backbone of our communities, and see their small businesses grow. From Roofing and Exterior companies to Landscaping Install and Maintenance companies, my greatest professional successes are seeing them succeed and grow.

When I’m not behind my computer crunching numbers I enjoy spending quite evenings with my incredible and supportive wife and spending time with our kids and grandkids. We may even cross paths on occasion when we go over for a ride in our amazing Utah wilderness.
